7-Day Exchange & Inspection Window

If you experience any issue with your purchase, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Request an Exchange

Simply reach out to us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days, and our support team will guide you through the exchange process.

Valid Exchange Cases

We gladly offer replacements in the following situations:

  • Wrong Product Received: We’ll replace it with the correct one and cover all delivery costs.

  • Damaged or Faulty Item: We’ll exchange the product or offer a refund—depending on your preference and stock availability.

Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and undamaged.

  • It should be returned in its original packaging and condition.

Exchange Process

To proceed with a return:

  • Customers must ship the item back to our office.

  • Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll send out the replacement.

  • We’ll cover one-way delivery charges; however, return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
