We gladly offer replacements in the following situations:
Wrong Product Received: We’ll replace it with the correct one and cover all delivery costs.
Damaged or Faulty Item: We’ll exchange the product or offer a refund—depending on your preference and stock availability.
To qualify for an exchange:
The item must be unused and undamaged.
It should be returned in its original packaging and condition.
To proceed with a return:
Customers must ship the item back to our office.
Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll send out the replacement.
We’ll cover one-way delivery charges; however, return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
